Based on surveys of residents, they want a livable community environment, with a large area of lake and graceful plant landscape to relax in their spare time. According to this, we choose ‘繁花锦绣，四季花城’ (meaning there will be plenty of beautiful flowers in all four seasons) as the design theme, focus on axis landscape design and bring in a large lake although our average design cost is only 450 RMB/m2.

Under the premise of ensuring quality, we consider the cost, surroundings, and climate comprehensively, ensure the budget is divided with reason, give priority use to the native plant, and must consider how to use the lake area during the dry season.
