The site locates in Binhai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area which is a government vigorously developing area. With the information we got from our client, there will be enough living facilities around this project, but almost all of them are still in planning, having not been put into use yet.

As there nearly aren't any other completed buildings when our project is completed, how to bring people to this desolate area is what we focus on. After several turns discuss and attempts, we decided to use the theme of college. Here is the reason: there will be a college on the south side of our site named “China University of Nuclear Technology” built by the same real estate company of our project. We diverged concepts from this, integrated elements such as technology, time, space, and art, and created an influencer sales gallery landscape full of art and technology.
